It is an adjustable part often used on windows. Just need to replace the screw that came with it into ones with "wings".(So it is possible to tighten with fingers instead of a screw driver. No, I am not referring to tampon or pads with wings...) There are few more improvements I wanted add, but those will have to wait until I find another box.(or have more time.)
